I graduated with a two year degree in the field
of legal secretary and have always been employed with top pay and
benefits in that field. To this day, being employed has never been
a problem. It’s a field that is starving for qualified people.
On the other side of the coin, for over 19
years I have been the mother of three children. Because my family
has always come first in my life, I’ve always struggled with
whether or not I should stay at home and take care of my family or
work and sacrifice being with them full time.
With the times the way they are and the economy
as it is, it’s nearly impossible to survive on one income. I was
fortunate enough to be at home with my kids when they were small,
but when my youngest went to kindergarten, I went back to work.
I’ve always had the same dream. It
was a dream that kept me up many nights.
It was a dream where one day I would never have
to wake up to an alarm clock again.
I could wake up when I was done sleeping (I
bet you can relate to that)!
But my dream went further than that.
I wanted my kids involved. More than anything
else, I wanted my kids to catch my vision. I didn’t
want them to grow up and have to face the same struggle I faced.
I never wanted them to have to worry about
money, EVER!
I know money doesn’t make the world go
around, but it sure does make the trip more enjoyable.
As an example of what I’m talking about, my
boys are soccer players. They love the game. I'm pretty sure they were born with a soccer ball between their feet!
Adam finished his soccer career as the captain of his team and they went very far in his senior year toward the championship.
Cody finished his senior year as the captain of the team and he also broke an 11 year record for our city, scoring 58 career goals. One more than the record holder.
You talk about white hot passion…. they have
it.
That's how I feel about my business.
I always knew there was a way I could work from
home, earn a great income and still be with my children.
Well, anyone who knows me can attest to this.
I looked…..
And looked….
And looked some more!
I just knew in my heart that it had to be out
there.
I wanted my time to be my own. I didn’t want
a boss, an alarm clock or anyone dictating what I needed to do and
when.
I had heard so many stories of men and women
that were making amazing incomes working from home and raising
their children without day care and I knew that if they could do
it, I could too!
It all started with a decision. I made the
decision that I would be one of those people.
I believe that when you make the decision,
destiny moves in and takes over.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I can’t say it was
all easy. My absolute favorite quote is:
Each failure is a stepping stone to success,
which in turn will become a very long and lovely walkway to the
castle of your dreams, written by John DiLemme.
You see, I always knew that this thing called
failure… it’s not the falling down, it’s the staying down.
I made a commitment to myself and my family, to
keep looking until I found the last paving stone to the castle of
our dreams. To select something that worked for all of us, to
apply the time, dedication and perseverance that I knew
it would take and reap the rewards!!
I wanted something in an industry that is
fast-growing, recession proof, and that people use and want.
I also wanted something that would provide an on-going residual
income. You know, something that would pay me over and over
for the work that I do one time!
Now, here is where the OUR part
of the story comes in.
My daughter has always watched from the
sidelines and tried to get involved, but never really got into it.
Well, let me tell you, she is now excited about
making money. Her own money. And guess what, she’s making it!

We now have a home business that is getting

our own boss, and will provide for our future for years to
come.
It provides ongoing personal growth, education
and development and the chance to help others get what they want!
And, I've learned a lot along the way.

And, because I work in an industry that is
recession proof, fast growing and something used by everyone, I
get paid while I'm watching my kids play soccer, walk on the
beach....even while I sleep!
